Before the first AI image processing request, the App presents an in-app consent notice explaining:

Users must actively choose to continue before selected images are transmitted for AI processing.

If the user does not agree, the selected images will not be transmitted for AI processing.

3. How We Use Uploaded Images

Uploaded images and user-provided content are used only for requested AI tattoo design features, including:

When you request AI generation, the selected image and the information necessary for the requested design may be securely transmitted to the applicable third-party AI service for processing.

Only the minimum information necessary to complete the requested AI generation is transmitted.

We do not intentionally transmit unrelated personal information.

We do not operate a permanent storage service for uploaded processing images.

Third-party AI providers process information according to their applicable privacy and security practices.

5. Image Processing and Data Deletion

We follow data minimization principles and prioritize the privacy of user-uploaded images.

• Uploaded images are processed in real time.
• Images are used only for the requested AI tattoo generation.
• We do not permanently store uploaded images.
• We do not create permanent copies of uploaded photos.
• We do not maintain a database of user-uploaded images.
• Uploaded images and related processing data are automatically deleted within seconds after processing is completed.
• After the AI tattoo result is generated, uploaded images are no longer retained by us.

Uploaded images are not shared for:
